As a certified member of the Interior Refiners Network and an affiliate member of the Interior Design Society, Rose Napoli combines her love of beauty, design, and organization to create stylishly arranged spaces for her clients. Rose's background in fine arts began as a young child, with one of her many trips to Italy — the arts capital of the world. Her college years took her to Duquesne University, where she earned a B.A. in communications and minored in classical history and art history. Her expansive arts career began in theater and museum administration in her hometown of Pittsburgh. She then moved to work in the pinacle of the art world, New York City, living in historic Greenwich Village.There, she first worked at Theatre Direct International and then held a decade-long position with New York City Ballet at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. Following her career in the arts, Rose decided to start her own business as a professional organizer to help people attain more beautiful, organized homes. She trained under New-York based organizing expert Julie Morgenstern. She then worked as an organizer for two years in Hoboken, New Jersey, where she currently lives with her husband, Joe, and their two miniature dachshunds, Chai and Buzz. Interior refinement seemed a natural addition to her repertoire, so she studied redesign with the inspiring pioneer of one-day decorating,Laurie Ward. Today, as a certified refiner, Rose creates stylish,inviting spaces for her clients. She believes that your home should be a reflection of your life and who you are.
